For all of those who couldn’t make it, here is a copy of our live webinar from June:
XU2 Software Webinar Recording
In our second webinar, Craig Bennett provided enlightening detail on the XU-USB interface: our USB Programming Key which is used for programming XU Transmitters (XU2 and XU4 Transmitters) with XU Setup Software.
As an introduction to some of the faces behind the phone calls, we are including a short biography over the next few newsletters toshare with you some interesting accounts on our personnel’s backgrounds within the Instrumentation and general Electrical world. Intech is very fortunate, that collectively together, there is such a wealth of experience and knowledge for you to call on.Graeme Peck Sales Engineer, Christchurch | 03 961 5963
Graeme has been with Intech since October 2017 and has come from an Industrial Electrician background, working at the coal face of mainly Factory / Plant Installation – Maintenance – Fault Rectification. From pink batt production to export meat products, Timber processing systems and bespoke electro-mechanical creations, he just about has seen and done it all! He is all too familiar with the pressures that tradesmen and technicians face when breakdowns put the heat on coupled with expectations of instant results from Plant Managers.
Solutions must be found that are effective and most importantly, timely.
The old additive, ‘time is money’ is never truer in today’s very competitive business environment.
In Graeme’s words:
“My work in and around Christchurch meant that I was fortunate enough to be able to physically call into the Intech Office for componentry and any advice required, never did I find their response wanting. I have in this short time with Intech attempted to fill the very large shoes of Des Sutherland, a 29 year veteran with Intech who retired, but sadly passed away late last year. I, like Des did, take customer satisfaction extremely seriously, and while I don’t claim to have all the answers/solutions immediately to hand – I can assure you that every time all matters will be followed up and resolved in quick time.”
