When you attach a LM Dongle to the computer while MicroScan is running, the dongle change notification will find the dongle and attempt to set it up on the computer:

The dialog will indicate progress by checking lservrc, and then lic*.txt. if the file is valid, it will be loaded.
If the file is a match to lservrc, the software will restart.
If the file is a match to an archived lic*.txt, the select module wizard will be started, and after the wizard is completed it will restart.

If the file is not found the following will be displayed:

Click OK and Register Software will start.
