The lock to computer ID lic*.txt file system will not work properly on Windows Vista because of issues with the key system changing its ID value.
Thus using Lock to Computer is not supported on windows Vista, the Sentinel LM Dongles (with driver 7.4.0) and MicroScan DLP-D dongles are though.
