Windows XP Security Update Reboots Computer |
It has been seen on some Windows XP computers, an automatic reboot of the computer performed by windows, after it has downloaded some security updates.
The reboot occured at 3:00am, and thus the following setups need to be made -
1. The computer logs on and starts with a logged on user
2. MicroScan is set to auto start.
These settings can be checked at any time, by shutting down MicroScan and then restarting the computer to check the automatic restart sequence is working normally.
