Recorder RTX only works for recorders 1-5 as it is a legacy support from version 4 to version 5.
This code was supported under upgrade and import, so that it would ease the upgrading work required on jobs when converting from version 4 to version 5.

Retrans is not supported for recorders 6-10, the only option is to use Tag system and retransmit values from tags.
