FAQ
Comms Message garbled on MOXA network units with small Message Time Count value.

When using a MOXA ethernet to serial converter, do not setup the Message Time Count value to a low value.
Doing so will cause the MOXA unit to get out of step and sometimes get the order of replied messages garbled.

Example Interface Setting:

On Setup Tools, MicroScan Interface, Click Options.

The Message Time Count value should not be set lower than the value shown (25).

Example bad rx.txt data when MOXA unit shows the error:

The reply in bold is not correct, as it is a command for station 15, but it is a reply from station 11, a repeat of the previous reply message.
