To Backup Data, use a USB Pen or flash drive.

To Start the backup operation:

• Click Backup All Data on the Recorder Home screen
• Click Backup All Data Files on the Recorders File Menu.

In the Backup To area, type the drive of the USB drive such as g: or j:

Click Backup to do the backup, then eject the drive from the computer when complete.

Each backup is named with the date of the backup, thus each backup made will be a new archive on the flash drive.
