On a network system with actives and passives, the active is the main store keeper for user changed information.

Thus
a) the information will be saved by the actives data backups, backups of each passive are not required.
b) a central place for viewing all changes is possible
c) if a passive needs to be rebuilt, this information is not lost.

To view information changed by a passive, on the Actives Navigation Tree, use Log Home - Audit Log.

This records in detail:
When a logged on user makes changes.
The changes to a lines alarm settings that were made.
The alarm enables changes that were made.
