Files copied to a network share (either by networking mode on an active or by netcopy running in databackup mode are NOT autodeleted.

This is by design so the program will always keep copies of store data on the network folder.

The autodelete setting on each page in the Microscan is only set to autodelete pages that are the local copy only (to prevent the local hard disk filling up with data).
