To record low speed counters from A16 counter inputs in Version 5, make the Data Screen Scan rate of the page slower than the expected rate of pulses coming in. This will allow v5 to determine a more accurate rate value.

i.e

If the pulse arrives at 1 pulse every 4 seconds, set the Data Screen Display Rate to 10 seconds.
If the pulse arrives at 1 pulse every 10 seconds, set the Data Screen Display Rate to 30 seconds.

This will not affect the accuracy of the counts used to determine the daily and grand total values.
