To setup a 2100-XX station for RS422:

To setup a 2100-XX station for RS485:

The link area is a 2 x 3 area.
When in 422 mode, the links cover the left and central positions.
When in 485 mode, the links cover the central and right positions.

The links are located next to the comms terminals 70,71,72,73,74.

For correct use in RS485 the TXE delay (set in station programming software) should be set at 10. This is the factory set value.

The RX LED lights when the station receives ANY comms data.
The TXE and TX LEDs light when the station has recognized data and has sent a reply.
