A 4-20 input on 2100-A16 or 2100-M connected to an A16 is always reading 100 %

Check to make sure the input is ranged 4-20 or 0-20 mA in the input ranges.

Check to make sure the J link for the input is correctly installed. It must cover the two pins next to the input. When factory fitted the input is set up a RTD and the link will only be on one of the pins.
