To Import Version 4 Setups and data into Version 5:

From a Tools Backup (Version 5 on a new computer):

In the Version 4 Setup Manager on the old computer, create your tools backup with "Include Store Files" ON.

From Import V4 Installation (Version 5 on the same computer as Version 4)

The default setting "Import Store Files" will be ON.
