When using a 2100-XX product on the M power supply option with 24 Vdc, these products are rated for operation from 23 vDC and above. If you are experiencing problems with these products check the supply voltage is above 23vDC.

The factory fitted L power supply option should be used if the power supply is expected below 23 vDC.

This was found when testing 2100-NET linked for M with a plug pack. The unit would work for about 1 minute and then the power supply LED on the unit went out. Measuring power supply input showed about 18 vDC.
