Network System Passive Licences Not working |
The Network Passives on a site cannot get a licence and when the Active is restarted, it will not show any licences even though the Setup Tools information panel shows a PX dongle on the computer.
The network status file has grown in size and is no longer readable.
Solution:
a) close all actives and passives
b) go to the Network Folder and rename "network status" file to "old network status", email this file to Intech Product support.
c) restart Active, double click on Network Status to check that Licences Available is correct.
d) restart Passives.
