Line or tag values that are saved to the custom report, cannot be scaled as they are saved to the report.

Thus if a scale factor needs to be applied, it needs to be done to the lines or tags scaling setting, so that the values saved to the custom report entries will be correct.

(i.e a line is scaled in l/Sec, how can it be saved to the report in cm/sec - it needs to be scaled in the line by /1000) - also the pages scaling will need to be adjusted, and the decimal point setting of the line set to a suitable value of decimal points otherwise the line graph will appear chunky.
