How To Use Help |
Screen Size
Help is best viewed at 1024 x 768 screen size or better.
Using Help
To use the help, click on a item in the tree on the left, and its contents will be shown on the right.
To open a folder such as "Recorder User Help" click the + sign next to
the left of its name.
To close a folder such as "Recorder User Help" click the - sign next to
the left of its
name.
On the Help Tool Bar (at the top of the Help window), click "Hide" to hide the contents
view.
Click "Show" to
bring the contents view back.
When the Contents view is hidden, you can use the links on each page to
browse through the manual.
Click the Back button to go back through the previously displayed pages.
Search
Help
To search for a topic or word, click the "Search" tab, Type the
text to search for and click List Topics.
In the Select window, click an item and click Display.
To return to the contents display, click the "Contents" tab.
MicroScan V5 Information
This manual is an online help for the MicroScan Program. You may open and
browse the Help file as you would a book, or use it as an online help system
when the MicroScan Program is running.
To access help for a particular dialog box that is being displayed press
the F1 key or press the Help button on the dialog box. This will cause the help
page from this manual to be displayed.
You can copy this file (v5help.chm) and double click on the file to view the
help on a computer that does not have MicroScan installed.
Items that have changed or been added to MicroScan Version 5
from Version 4 are noted in the text.

This software manual replaces the printed
MicroScan Manuals.
The information is subject to change due to the ongoing nature of software
development.
All efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of this manual, however no
liability will be accepted for omissions or mistakes should they occur.
If you find an error on a help page, you can notify us of the error by taking
a screen shot of the help files properties.
Right click on the help page, and click Properties and press ALT + Print Screen
to copy the image to the clipboard.
