To do a Version 4 Tools Backup:

• Run Version 4 Setup Manager
  
• Click Tools, Backup.
  
• In "Backup Files To", specify a location.
  This could be c:\in2000\14jan or a location on a file server such as s:\in2000\backup\14jan
  
• Click OK.

Note:
The folder names should be no more than 8 characters each and not have spaces in them, as the Setup Manager only supports short file names.

i.e

"c:\in2000\14jan" is ok, but
"c:\in2000\my job backup\14 jan 2003" is not.
