The Tools menu provides access to Tools items
| Menu Item | Action |
| Password | Displays the MicroScan V5 Password dialog box. Unlike the MicroScan Access Menu which change according to single user or multiuser logon mode, this Password item always displays the single user password dialog box and can be used as a backdoor to entering passwords if the logon passwords are not known. |
