The Global Tag Alarm Status dialog box allows you to see the tag alarms and relay states all together in one dialog.

Action when button is pressed

The following dialog is displayed.

To clear and alarm, select it and click Clear Alarm.
To see relays that are being controlled by Tag Controllers, Click View, Control Only.
