Remote Access of MicroScan |
For remote access of MicroScan, you use a remote access program to allow a remote computer to dial in and look at the data that the MicroScan software is collecting.
Remote Access software takes over the screen and keyboard of the host computer while connected, allowing the host user to see what you are doing.
The MicroScan software does not need to be installed on or purchased for the
remote computer.
You can use these packages to do a MicroScan backup, and then use the file
transfer utilities to copy the backup off site to the remote computer.
The setup and installing of Remote Access software is not part of MicroScan
support.
MicroScan V5 is not supported in Terminal Services mode or Windows XP switch
user.
