The GP-HR is a small High Resolution (12 bit) multi purpose data logger housed in a rugged 19.05mm 304 stainless steel case, that can be configured to accept input from a wide variety of sources including:
- Voltage (DC)
- Current (DC) including 4~20mA
- Pressure Probes
- Flow Sensors
- Frequency
- Tipping Bucket Rain Gauges
- Solar Radiation Sensors
- Light Sensor
- Leaf Wetness Sensor
- Soil Water Tension Probes
- Wind Speed Probes
- Wind Direction Sensors
The GP-HR also has an internal temperature sensor for convenient logging of ambient temperature if desired. Logging can be configured to: start on time, immediate start, stop when full, loop around (overwrite oldest data).
The GP-HR (mark 4) features a storage capacity of over 1,000,000 8bit samples; or over 500,000 12bit samples, as well as a user replaceable battery!
Pressure Probe
The sensors are suitable for the measurement of liquid or gas pressure including difficult media such as contaminated water and mildly corrosive liquids or gasses. There are two pressure ranges available:
- -15 to 100psi
- -15 to 300psi
These are gage sensors so the back of the sensor is ported to the atmosphere. They should not be used if the back of the sensor will be under pressure or will experience high humidity.
Temperature Coefficient | ±3% from 0ºC to 55ºC |
Long term stability | ±0.25% per year |
Thread | 1/8 inch NPT |
Material | 17-4 PH Stainless Steel |
Working Temperature | 20 to +85°C |
Cable Length | 1500mm |
The sensors for the GP-HR plug into an amplifier cable that connects to the loggers. The cable on the sensor is 500mm long. The cable from the amplifier to the logger is 1000mm so the combined length of cable is 1500mm.
Any combination of the three analogue inputs of the GP-HR Logger can be configured to read Pressure when connected to the Pressure Probe. No other components are required.
