The ST633 is a low-cost, high-quality handheld infrared thermometer with laser sighting and a large backlit LCD display.
A wide temperature range covers most general industrial applications. The unit offers a narrow 12:1 field of view, with a small diameter measurement area, thus allowing the unit to have a precise aim. The default emissivity setting is 0.95, making the ST633 ideal for most organic materials and non-reflective (painted, oxidised or anodised) metals.
The emissivity setting is selectable from 0.95, 0.7 and 0.3. The audible high and low alarm is adjustable as well. Readings can be taken in °C or °F and when the trigger is released, the last measurement is held for approximately 7 seconds before the unit automatically powers off.
This thermometer will operate in ambient temperatures from 0°C to 50°C and is powered by a standard PP3, 9V battery. Each unit is supplied with a soft carrying case.
