How to Order

Local Orders (New Zealand):

To order, simply order online or contact us via our contact details to order the product of choice. Alternatively drop into one of our offices for a chat with our friendly staff.

Orders will be processed for immediate delivery (subject to stock) for open account customers, or once payment is received for cash only customers.

Cash Customers (New Zealand)

To open a Credit Account with Intech, please download the Account application form and email it back to us. We aim to have your account opened within one working day.

International Orders:

International orders are welcomed. Please check the distributor list to see if there is a distributor in your country. Our distributors normally stock Intech Instruments’ products and can provide you with good service, technical assistance and warranty support.

To order, simply contact us via our contact details to order the product of choice. At the same time, inform us of your preferred shipment method, along with other relevant details. You will receive a quote, by email, including prepaid shipping costs.

We do not accept international orders via our ordering system on our website.

To prevent delays, we require payment by electronic transfer (wire) before dispatch. The bank numbers for the electronic transfer will be included with the quote. Dispatch is normally one to three weeks. Standard range stock items can be dispatched immediately if required (subject to payment).

Ordering Code(s) required:

When ordering please supply the full ordering code for each product that you require. Doing this helps us give you the most prompt and efficient service we can. Ordering code information can be found on each product page on this website.

Payment Methods:

Intech Instruments accepts several different payment forms: EFTPOS (Electronic Funds Transfer at Point of Sale), Cash, and the major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).

National and International Shipping:

The cost of shipping is separate and borne by the purchaser. International shipping addresses are welcomed. Intech Instruments is happy to oblige to preferred shipping directions, couriers, special express, and so forth for International orders. If shipping specifications are not supplied by the purchaser, goods will be sent by our preferred method.

For Shipping with most Local orders (within New Zealand), we use New Zealand Couriers. For larger packages we will investigate to obtain the best option. For international shipping we prefer to use DHL.

Address Details Required:

Please ensure that you supply us with a full physical address for delivery. If your delivery address is not complete this will result in delays in the dispatch of your order. A full physical address MUST include a Postal code/ZIP code. The courier companies we use for shipping will NOT deliver to PO Box addresses.
