The Register Software link on Setup Tools is only visible if the software is in End User mode.

The link is not shown for:

• If the software is in Agent or Demo mode
• A Network Passive
• Setup Access code not entered (rest of Setup Tools setup links will also be hidden).

To switch from Agent Mode to End User mode, use the Select Module Wizard.

You may also need to delete the file c:\microscan\lservrc, if the Select Module Wizard is looking for a dongle that has previously been used on the system, but you wish to use a new dongle. See Setup Microscan to use a new Sentinel LM dongle, after old Sentinel LM dongle lost.
