To clear Recorder Line Totals, Min and Max values, the Clear Totals Min & Max dialog is used.

To access:

• On Recorder Home, click Clear Totals Min & Max
• On Recorder Tools Menu, click Clear Totals Min & Max.
• Press Ctrl + W on the keyboard.

Note: Level2 access is required.

To select the line to work on, choose from a selection in "Line".

For of the Totals, Min and Max values, click the Clear button to clear the current value to zero.
To set a value, enter the new value and click the Set button.

Click Refresh to update the values with the current value in the Recorder.
Click Close to close the dialog box.

Global Clear Selections

To Clear All Grand Totals, click the Clear All Grand Totals button.

Click Yes to clear the totals.

To Clear Grand Totals on This Page, click the Clear Grand Totals on This Page button.

Click Yes to clear the totals.

To Clear All Total, Min Max Values, click the Clear All Totals, Min Max button.

Click Yes to clear the values.

Note: Totals are automatically setup on Counter Input lines, other lines will need totalisers turned on in the Line Setup, Display Category.
