If there are any custom programs that you are using that are not part of a standard V4 install, you should check with your integrator / MicroScan agent by supplying a tools backup before proceeding with the upgrade. These programs will need to be upgraded (if possible) for use with version 5 and may require additional charges to cover engineering costs.
