You can use other backup programs to backup MicroScan data.

To backup data:

Close the MicroScan program down
Backup all data from installdir\My Job Name\data and sub folders to your backup device
Start the MicroScan program

Using programs such as Nero to backup to a CD while the MicroScan is running is not recommended because:

There may be speed issues on the computer which will prevent the CD writer working properly.
There may be file access problems when the MicroScan software and CD writer try to access files at the same time.
There could be some Microscan files left permanently open, which the backup program cannot access.
