The Note Log is a manual list of log entries entered by a user.
They are added to the log file and can be viewed on the Note and Operating Log views.

You can view the Note Log by clicking Note Log under Log Home on the Navigation Tree.

To enter a Note, view the Note Log or Operating Log and click the Add Note button on the Log View Button Bar.
