The Recorder can print the following information:

• Data Logs
  These are a snapshot of the Recorders current data giving the current data reading at the time of printout.
  The Data Log can include extra line information, such as totaliser values, daily min and max and alarm information.
  
  
• Graphs
  An automatic or manual print of the Recorders trend display.
  An automatic graph can be set to occur during the days and print graphs from 2 to 24 hours in size.
  Batch graphs are automatic graphs which get printed when the Recorders Batch recording is completed.
  
  
• Reports
  These are setup reports of:
  • Calibration
  • Alarm Setup
  • Alarm Schedules

Obtaining Manual Printouts:

These are obtained by pressing the Print button on the Recorders Button or Tool Bars, or selecting an item from the Recorders Print Menu.

Setting up Automatic Prints:

• To setup Data Logs to print automatically see Page Setup, Data Log Print.
• To setup Line Graphs to print automatically see Page Setup, Auto Graph Print.
• Batch graphs can be printed automatically when the batch is complete, see Page Setup, Batch Print.
