Passwords and Users is used to control access by users to the MicroScan program.

To setup, click "Passwords & Users" on the Setup Tools screen.

Single User Mode

• All users use the same passwords to gain access to the MicroScan program.
  Click "Single User".

To set a password:

• Select the password and click Set Password. See Set Password.

To set User Settings:

• Click Access Settings. See Access Settings.

Select Multi User Mode

• All users have a user name and password, which allows them access to controlled parts of the MicroScan Program.
  Click "Multi User".

To set User Settings:

• Click User Settings. See Multi User Settings.    

Note:

"Users" are users of the MicroScan program are not to be confused with users who may need passwords to access the computer.
